Dynamic Waveform Recording System - DYNAM x

DYNAM 8 is a computerized high frequency data recording system, designed specially for study of transient waveforms, relay or solenoid valve response time, dynamic pressure pulsation or any other fast changing phenomenon. Many users have replaced their UV OSCILLOGRAPH with DYNAM 8 because it provides multi colored  display on
computer monitor as well as clear and crisp Test Reports on plain paper through colour inkjet printer.

These systems are also being used on test rigs of Aircraft engine components.

AGMPL manufactures a wide range of dynamic amplifiers and signal conditioners for configuring the DYNAM-8 for different applications. These include dynamic strain amplifiers, dc amplifiers frequency to voltage converters etc. For specific applications our engineers develop customer specific hardware.

Features of application software–ADSOF
It  include internal or external triggering, programmable pre-trigger and post trigger intervals, X-Y axis scaling, waveform zooming and panning, off-line viewing, test report generation, time based, slope based or amplitude based decision making, output device control etc.

Other Salient Features Of  DYNAM

q Can be used both as T-Y and X-Y recording system
q Captured waveforms are displayed on the computer monitor in different colours
q Desired portion of the displayed waveform can be "STRETCHED" up to fifteen times.
q Displayed waveform can be outputted to a printer in form of a test report.
q Using the special "cursor", displayed waveform can be analyzed and results evaluated.
q These result-types can be application specific and can be incorporated if defined at the time of your
        purchase enquiry.
q Details related to part under test are entered through an operator entry screen.
q ON/OFF status of switch-contacts or proximity switches, sensed through digital input lines, are
        plotted on the monitor along with the analogue values.
q Data storage in user defined files on hard disk.
q OFF-LINE viewing and test report generation.

Computer
Specifications of computer are based on technology and model available at the time of dispatch. Generally the computer have  a SVGA colour monitor, hard disk, floppy drive and latest  WINDOWS Operating system.

Application Software ADsof
ADsof
is a windows based state-of-art application software programme produced by AG Measurematics
to allow high frequency waveform capture through High sped A/D card. The measured data is displayed
on computer monitor in graphical format. Setup screen and operator entry screens for test report
 generation. Facility to ZOOM and make time, slope or amplitude measurement using a cursor.
Off-line data viewing, creation of data files in text format and generation of test reports through inkjet printer.
