TSTM-1-xxx-M
are microprocessor controlled motorized test stands. These have been designed to automate, simplify and standardize the strength and fatigue testing of different types of Torsion springs in both clockwise and counterclockwise direction. They are fitted with motorized lead screws for cross head travel. Electronics Torque Transducer is used measure the Torque and the angle Transducer to measure angle of rotation with a resolution of 1 deg. Torque can be applied using front control panel mounted push buttons or through the microprocessor based controller. These controllers can also be linked to a PC through RS232 (serial) port.

Application Software, sTEST,  converts the test stand into a Computerized  Testing  station.  Operator can  view   the material characteristics on the VDU (monitor) and generate test reports through ink-jet printer. 

Facility also exists to display a reference or master curve in different color on the monitor to allow instant assessment of the quality of the device being tested.
