AG Measurematics offers a family of signal conditioning
products designed specifically for producing usable outputs
proportional to relative motion between the core rod and
housing of an AC LVDT.
AC 301 is a single channel signal conditioner card. It
accepts AC LVDT signals of most of the standard makes. It to
provide a bipolar voltage output which can be adjusted up to
+/-10V for full or part stroke of an LVDT.
AC 302 has similar specifications as AC 301 except that
it also provides a 4 to 20mA output.

incorporates AC 301 along with a mains operated power
supply. It is housed in a IP65
cast aluminum enclosure. It can also be used in hostile

Conditioner Module AM321

The AM321 module is LVDT signal conditioner which
conditions the LVDT signal and provides an analogue
output proportional to LVDT core displacement. Front
panel controls include PHASE- to adjust the amplifier
according to phase difference between primary and
secondary voltage. SPAN - to adjust the amplifier output
corresponding to full stroke range of LVDT. ZERO-
to set amplifier output to zero for initial core
position. Incorporated on the board are sine wave
oscillator for transducer excitation, amplifier,
demodulator and low pass filters. Analogue output of
signal conditioners is terminated on the 64 pin EURO
connector along with power supply inputs and transducer
connection. Eight such signal conditioner modules can be
housed in an AH391 Cabinet. |
