is a windows based application programme from AG
Measurematics specially designed to computerize the operation of the
Microprocessor controlled Spring Testing
Machine.

 Features

On-line display of force-vs-displacement
graph on computer screen.

Overlay of any reference curve or master curve to enable
comparison with actual curve.

Instant generation of test reports with particulars of device
under test, username, part number, date & time of test,
force-displacement curve, calculated spring constant and spring
accept/reject status.

Data storage in user defined text files, which can be
“imported” into “EXCEL”, “LOTUS” etc.

Off-line view of stored test data in the same way as that of
actual test.

“AUTO-DETECT” function to allow automatic positioning of
loading bar at the point where it just starts to exert force on the
spring.

Automatic nulling
of displacement value at the start of the test.

The test can be conducted from zero force or zero displacement
to a pre-specified limit in either force or displacement priority.

Facility to conduct cyclic fatigue test for pre-specified
number of cycles within two limits of force or
displacement.

Measurement of force-displacement can be done in Kg-mm, N-mm or
Lbs.-inch.

Provision to “Trip” the machine if measured values exceed the
pre-specified machine ratings.

Test-setup screen allows setup of the testing parameters.
Entries
include Spring number,
spring type, maximum and minimum force and displacement limits,
test speed in mm / min, calibration constants of force and
displacement transducers, part name and reference, unit of force
and displacements units, measurement resolution and filename of
the reference graph (master curve).
