Material Testing Machine  ATTM-2xxx-M

ATTM-2xxx-M are microprocessor controlled motorized test stands designed to automate, simplify and standardize the testing tensile strength and elongation of different types of materials such as textiles fabric, rubber, webbing, tape, rope, leather, plastics etc.

They are fitted with motorized lead screws for cross head travel. Electronics Load Transducer is used measure the Force and Displacement Transducer to measure elongation during testing. Position of the load bar is measured through a cable potentiometer fitted in the test stand.

Force, on the sample under test, can be applied using front control panel mounted push buttons or through the microprocessor based controller. When linked to a PC through Rs232 (serial) port, these controllers and the specially designed application software, convert the machine into a computerized tensile testing facility. Operator can then view the material characteristics on the VDU (monitor) and generate test reports through ink-jet printer. Facility also exists to display a reference or master curve in different color on the monitor to allow instant assessment of the quality of the device being tested.
