LD612 is a microprocessor-based digital indicator, designed to measure, display and allow plotting of stress-strain, load deformation or force-displacement characteristics of a material during tensile or compressive testing.

These instruments are used with Universal and Tensile and other Material Testing machines. Simple interface to a computer via their RS232 port allows graphic display of measured characteristics on VDU and output of displayed curve on a printer.

Breaking strength of the material under test can be measured through the peak-hold function
