Facilities |
At AG Measurematics we are
committed towards continuous Research &
Development of Innovative and cost effective
products. For development to production we have
used state of the art technologies integrated
with highest levels of Staff Training.
R&D Research Center
Located separately from the the main production
factory, this newly developed Research Center
focuses on developing Touch Panel Machines, High
Speed Data Acquisition Systems, ARM based
controllers, Software Development and Product
Design.
Instrumentation Center
THe center is located in the factory and houses
6 full time Engineers and Diplomas for final
testing and assembly of products
Machine Shop
We have a fully equipped Machine Shop. This
houses Two high Speed Lathes, Turn Tables,
Automatic Drilling Machines, etc and 8
work stations. Each workstation is fully
equipped with individual tool sets. Any
mechanical component, machine frame, test rig is
manufactured here.
Assembly Floor
The floor includes two docking station fully
equipeed with individual tool-sets for faster
machine assembly and testing. The technitians
undergo rigourous training to asseble final
product in least time possible with zero fault
tolerance.
Paint Shop
The paintshop is fully equipped for any type of
product final painting. High Temperature ovens
for quick paint drying, well stocked paint rack,
surface preparation workcenter etc.
Calibration
AG Measurematics houses one of the best
calibration labs in the region. This is a fully
Airconditioned lab. Every calibration equipment
is regularly calibrated by National
Authorities.The equipment include Dead Weight
Pressure Calibrator, 10 Ton Load Cell
Calibrator, 100 Ton Load Cell Calibrator, 200
Ton calibration proving Ring, Master Dial Gauge,
Master Vernier Calippers, Calibrator for Torque
Transducers, Multimeter Calibrator etc. |
